One of the northern suburbs of Adelaide, Mawson Lakes was one of the most recent land developments people rushed to. With lots to love, the cafes, parks and walking trails, one of the not so favourable comments from the inhabitants is the close proximity to neighbours and the number of two-story homes that become the view.
Wanting to create two distinct areas, one for a better entertaining under their verandah so they could sit, relax and eat outside plus a large expanse of lawn for children to play, it was also important to hide the back fence.
